Looking West out the bedroom windows you get a view of the whole harbour and city. There's the same view from the living room windows, one floor down. The large deck is shared with the house next door.

		The 18x25 ft main floor looking from the kitchen into the open-plan livingroom with woodstove fireplace. Lighting in main bedroom, livingrroom and kitchen is spot-adjustable track lighting. The house comes with diningroom table and chairs, easy chair and a built-in sofa, but otherwise is unfurnished. There can be a desk and futon bed if you need them. Heating throughout the house is electric. It's cosy warm in wintertime.
